"Total Divas" star Ariane Andrew still frets over her turnbuckle pads slipping off DURING a WrestleMania match ... but her co-star Rosa Mendes has the solution to her dilemma.

The WWE stars were leaving Kitson with their fellow Diva Alicia Fox when we asked if they'd ever had a wardrobe malfunction in the ring ... not surprisingly, both Rosa and Ariane pled guilty.

Luckily, Rosa has the trick for making sure it doesn't happen again -- one celebs use all the time on red carpets.
