Hallmark is dominating the new holiday movie season for 2023.

The holiday season is approaching, and 40 titles are joining the Hallmark Christmas movies catalog.

Hallmark has become synonymous with Christmas over the years, providing countless films that capture the spirit of the season, from romantic love stories to feel-good family dramas.

Whether one is looking for a classic tale of redemption and forgiveness or a lighthearted comedy to help unwind after a long day of holiday preparations, Hallmark has something for everyone. From the charming small towns to the picturesque winter landscapes, each film transports the viewer to a world of pure magic and wonder.

• "Checkin' it Twice"

  Kim Matula stars as the leading lady opposite Kevin McGarry in this holiday romantic comedy about a hockey player who falls in love with a real estate agent after he’s traded to a team in her hometown. Will these two prove a match made in heaven?

  Elements of magical realism permeate throughout “Where Are You, Christmas?” Addy, played by Lyndsy Fonseca, wishes for a year without Christmas and ends up waking up in a black-and-white world. Now, she has to come together with the town mechanic to restore Christmas.

• "Under the Christmas Sky"

  Astrophysicist Kat is scheduled for her first trip to space. However, her dreams are derailed by an accident. After the tragic event, she meets a man at a local planetarium and together they work to open an exhibit together before Christmas. The movie stars Jessica Parker Kennedy and Ryan Paevey.

  After receiving a terminal diagnosis, Ms. Christmas, a shopping channel host, heads on a multi-city tour to spread Christmas cheer.   A Christmas challenge to create a holiday-themed clothing line leads a designer to realize what’s most important in life. Fashion and holiday fun come together in this movie starring Rebecca Dalton and Jonathan Keltz.

• "Mystic Christmas"

  Juniper returns home for the holidays and reconnects with the owner of the pizza shop in Mystic, Conn. While she originally returned home to work and the rehabilitation center and aquarium, more might be in store for her this holiday season.   Copy editor Lea and reporter Mark head off to France for the holiday season with a learning experience in mind. The two are on a quest to learn more about a mysterious artist behind a romantic Christmas painting. Jaicy Elliot and Brant Daughtery star in this movie.

  Lucy Hardgrove is a screenwriter who landed her dream job writing the remake of a beloved Hollywood movie classic from 1947. The movie stars Bethanny Joy Lenz, Kristoffer Polaha, Jonathan Frakes and Robert Picardo.
