Alleged Affair

David Beckham made front page headlines in News of the world 4 April 2004 of an affair with Ms Rebecca Loos, a former employee of Beckhams former sports agents.

Beckham is one of the world's most popular footballers. His career saw him play for Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy and of course England's National team.

During the 1998 World Cup, David's adoring fans turned on him when he was sent off in the quarter finals. Apparently he almost quit English football as a result.

David was sold to Real Madrid in 2003 for £25 million. He received an OBE from the Queen the same year.
