He comes from a family of racers, with his father being a former driver of popular monster trucks such as Dragon, Amsoil Shock Therapy, and Grave Digger. Jon Jr. officially began his monster truck driving career in 2020 when he joined Over Bored Motorsports to drive the newly-introduced Terminal Velocity.

Monster Truck Career

In just a short time, Jon Jr. has made a name for himself in the world of monster truck racing. 2021 proved to be a strong season for him, as he won the skills challenge competition during his first Monster Jam appearance in Oklahoma City in May. He also won the Monster Truck Throwdown championship that year.

In 2022, Jon Jr. competed in the Monster Jam Arena Championship Series Central and finished 5th. He also made select appearances in Arena Championship Series East in Hampton and Little Rock. He won the rookie of the year award along with Weston Anderson at the World Finals. Later that year, he drove Dirt Crew and Hooked.

In 2023, Jon Jr. drove Terminal Velocity on Arena Tour 2 (Central) and finished second. He is also touring with his girlfriend, Miss Get Er Done and Megalodon driver, Mikayla Tulachka.
