The 41-year old actress and French billionaire – who have a child together – are planning a ceremony for August in Saint-Tropez, according to People en Espanol.

“The happy bachelor is probably very proud and happy that he was able to change Salma’s mind,” said a source close to the couple, regarding Hayek’s long-held stance that marriage was not something she envisioned for her future.
