Starting from the Lavender Town Pokémon Center, you want to head up towards the right-hand path.
Eventually, you’ll enter Route 10. Pass the Pokémon Maniac NPC, turn right, and start going North toward the ledges.
Go through the two gaps between the ledges as you continue going North.
After going through the second gap, start heading west towards the entrance of Rock Tunnel.
Head inside once you find the entrance.
It might be a good idea to have HM05 Flash if you want to make it easier to get to the Rock Slide TM.
As soon as you enter the cave, head straight and then turn right.
Keep going right until you walk past the camper. When you do, you want to start going down.
Walk around the stone wall and then follow the path up.
After walking past two campers, you’ll see some stairs.
Take these stairs to go down to the Rock Tunnel basement area.
As soon as you reach the basement area, you want to start going down.
Take the first right that you can and then continue going down, walking past both the mountain climber and camper.
At the end of the path going down, you’ll have to turn left.
Here, you’ll see a boy with a blue hat.
Speak with him and when prompted to, select ‘Yes.’ The kid will then give you the TM for Rock Slide.
